PRODUCT r-PVB

Envive r-PVB: A sustainable outdoor mesh fabric collection. These fabrics are PVC-free and made with coated yarns derived from both post-consumer and post-industrial recycled materials, ideal solutions for the environmental challenges of today and tomorrow. Fabrics in the Envive r-PVB range are refined and rustic textures with a matte finish, natural appearance, soothing and calming colors, cool and fresh hand feel, while providing essential functionality - resistance to climatic conditions (UV and mildew) and dimensional stability, creating welcoming softness and relaxing outdoor space for you.

  • Raw Materials
The raw materials used in this product come from recycled polyvinyl butyral (PVB) separated from discarded laminated glass. This aligns with the principles of the circular economy business model and complies with the regulations of REACH.
The product is free from polyvinyl chloride (PVC-free). We have taken great care to minimize the use of PVC due to its potential health risks, including a link to cancer, when present in high concentrations.
  • Processing
    Envive r-PVB Processing
The main source is the windshields of abandoned vehicles.
The manufacturing processes are separation, purification, and modification after dismantling windshields.
Recycled PVB could be converted into finished materials and then through further manufacturing into products such as coated yarns, which are made of outdoor furniture sling fabric.
