Yarn / Solution Dyed Fabrics
Yarn dyed is to dip the white fibers in a vat of dye after they are extrudedfrom tiny holes in a spinneret and the yarn is dyed before weaving. This method is great for achieving bright colors, and the mixture of colors is more than piece dyed. The other dyeing methods is to add the color masterbatch to the chemical solution before the fibers are extruded and it is called solution dyed. This allows the color to be mixed into the solution completely and it is not easy to fade. In addition, solution dyed which is eco-friendly can save most of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and wastewater emissions in the process of dyeing.
